Food Industry

We offer ethyl alcohol, fermented from sugar beet molasses and cereals, and rectified for the food industry. Our high-quality products of agricultural origin are excellent for the production of spirit drinks and flavorings of premium quality. Our rectified spirit of standard quality is the perfect basic ingredient of vinegar production, ingredient of various bakery products, and disinfectant of packaging materials in the food industry.

Our products offered for the food industry fully comply with the applicable provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The constant, reliable quality of ethyl alcohol produced by us is continuously controlled by our well -skilled employees in our laboratory, and they document the results in accordance with strict provisions of our quality management system.

Our alcohol production is certified as Kosher.

In particular, we recommend our products in the food industry:
  • Spirit drinks;
  • Herbal liqueurs;
  • Vinegar;
  • Flavorings;
  • For the production of bakery products;
  • For the disinfection of packaging materials of food products;
  • For the cleaning, disinfection of equipment in the food industry.
We primarily recommend the following product for the food industry:
  • Rectified spirit, min. 96,0 % vol.

We conduct transportation through highly experienced subcontractors.

Sizes of transported items: road tank car (2,000-30,000 liters), IBC containers (1,000 liters), metal drums (60 or 200 liters).
